Controller

As our platform grows and our services expand, we are looking for a skilled Financial Controller to join our dynamic finance team at ONE ZERO.

The ideal candidate is a strategic professional with a strong passion for financial excellence in the digital banking sector. As a key member of our team, you will oversee critical financial activities, implement robust financial controls, and ensure accurate reporting within our innovative, AI‑driven banking environment.

Your Day-to-Day

• Prepare quarterly and yearly financial reports.
• Compile monthly reports for management and the Board of Directors, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and capital adequacy ratios.
• Prepare and submit accurate financial reports to the Bank of Israel in accordance with all applicable regulations and standards.
• Enforce financial reporting controls to ensure regulatory compliance and uphold data accuracy.
• Prepare the bank's annual tax report.

Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - must.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial reporting, or related fields.
• Experience preparing financial statements and managing financial reporting processes.
• Experience in the banking industry or working with financial institutions – an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• High level of English, both written and verbal.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.

Advantages

• Strong knowledge of ERP, with a preference for Oracle and SAP.
• Knowledge and experience in preparing disclosures on "Credit to the public".
