Located in the Sharon / Central region, operating on a hybrid work model with 2 days WFH per week.

Role Description-

• Joining an elite, high-impact core R&D team, taking ownership of developing backend infrastructure for cutting-edge cryptography discovery and posture management platforms.
• Serving as a technical mentor within the squad, leading code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and engineering design discussions.
• Developing high-throughput, low-latency distributed microservices primarily in Go (Golang).
• Deploying, orchestrating, and scaling multi-cloud solutions using Kubernetes, Docker, and modern CI/CD pipelines across various Cloud environments (AWS / GCP / Azure).
• Collaborating closely with Security Researchers and Product leaders to translate complex cryptographic protocols into resilient software architectures.

Requirements-

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience focused on Backend Engineering – Mandatory
• Strong production-grade programming experience with Go (Golang) or Python – Mandatory
• Proven background in designing, deploying, and maintaining applications in modern Cloud environments (AWS / GCP / Azure) – Mandatory
• Deep, practical knowledge and hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker – Mandatory
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architectures, and asynchronous data pipelines – Mandatory
• Familiarity with cryptography, PKI, network protocols, or security posture management – Advantage
