Role Description The Associate will work as part of a small, high-performing team, providing legal support on project finance, infrastructure, energy, banking, and complex commercial transactions. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, conducting legal and commercial research, preparing client memoranda and opinions, and assisting in the execution of sophisticated domestic and cross-border deals. The role also involves coordinating with clients, counterparties, and external advisors; managing deal timelines; and supporting the firm’s business development initiatives through thought leadership and client-facing materials. This is a full-time position based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, with a hybrid work model that allows for a combination of in-office presence and work from home.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in commercial, corporate, banking, or project finance law, with the ability to analyze complex legal and transactional issues.
• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating agreements, including finance, security, project, and commercial contracts, with attention to detail and clarity.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to synthesize legal and commercial considerations into practical advice.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; high-level Hebrew skills are strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously, work under time pressure, and maintain high professional standards in a collaborative environment.
• LL.B. (or equivalent) from a recognized law faculty; admission to the Israel Bar is required, and prior experience at a leading law firm is an advantage.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in project finance, infrastructure, energy, or complex cross-border transactions is highly beneficial.
