Back End Engineer

Located in central Tel Aviv (A walking distance from the train station), operating on a hybrid work model with 2 days WFH per week.

Role Description-

• Joining the core engineering team as a Senior Backend Engineer, reporting directly to the VP of R&D.
• Architecting, designing, and developing robust, high-scale backend services using Python and Django.
• Building scalable Cloud-native infrastructure and microservices deployed across AWS and GCP.
• Developing core integrations and data pipelines that connect developer platforms, engineering metrics, and analytics engines.
• Partnering cross-functionally with Product, R&D, and AI specialists to deliver end-to-end features in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements-

• 5 years of hands-on software development experience strictly focused on Backend Development – Mandatory
• Extensive, production-grade programming experience with Python – Mandatory
• Deep, hands-on experience developing with Django – Mandatory
• Proven experience building and deploying on modern Cloud platforms (AWS / GCP) – Mandatory
• Prior work experience strictly from Startups or B2B SaaS companies – Mandatory
• Background or foundational understanding of AI / Generative AI / ML workflows – Advantage
• Fluent technical communication skills and high independence – Mandatory
