AI Team Lead

Located in central Tel Aviv (walking distance from the train station), operating on a hybrid work model with 1 day WFH per week.

Role Description-

• Joining as a Software Engineering Team Lead (AI Runtime Platform), reporting directly to the Engineering Manager and leading a high-impact team of 4 software engineers.
• Leading the architecture, design, and end-to-end execution of the company’s enterprise-grade AI Runtime Platform, powering AI-driven security capabilities across core products.
• Defining organizational standards, infrastructure, and deployment pipelines for Production AI / ML Serving at scale.
• Architecting high-throughput, low-latency runtime environments utilizing Go (Golang) alongside technologies such as vLLM, TensorRT, PyTorch, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Partnering cross-functionally with AI Researchers, Core Security, and Cloud Infrastructure teams to bring cutting-edge deep learning models into production.

Requirements-

• Proven experience in Software Engineering Management / Team Leadership – Mandatory
• Extensive, production-grade development experience with Go (Golang) – Mandatory
• Deep, practical knowledge in building scalable infrastructure on Kubernetes and Docker – Mandatory
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML Runtime engines, inference frameworks, or model-serving platforms (e.g., vLLM, TensorRT, PyTorch, Triton) – Mandatory
• Proven background in Distributed Systems, high-concurrency architectures, and Cloud environments – Mandatory
• Excellent leadership, architectural vision, and cross-functional mentoring skills – Mandatory
