Operations Project Manager
Role Overview:
Leading end-to-end engineering projects in the Operations Division, from initiation to handover, ensuring technical feasibility, budget control, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage engineering projects tailored to client needs.
- Implement advanced project management tools throughout the lifecycle.
- Define technological solutions, run feasibility checks, manage budgets, schedules, and risks.
- Coordinate cross-functional interfaces (dairies, HQ, contractors).
- Maintain project documentation according to structured methodologies.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Mechanical / Electrical / Food / Biotech / Chemical Engineering (Mandatory; Master's – Advantage).
- 3+ years managing engineering projects in manufacturing (Mandatory).
- High-level English (Mandatory).
- Experience in food manufacturing/process control (Advantage).
- Strong interface management, leadership of change processes, and strategic vision.
