Director of Data

As our Director of Data, you'll lead a team of analysts and engineers to deliver the company’s data needs, lead data projects from A to Z and play a key role in the company’s decision-making. With your analytical mindset and statistical modeling skills, you'll explore growth opportunities that significantly influence the business's success and therefore be an essential part of the company's growth.

Your life with us:

• Manage the company's performance and customer life cycle analysis across various channels, and provide actionable recommendations to executive decision-makers.
• Apply statistical and analytical modeling to interpret data, identify patterns, trends, and insights to support decision-making.
• Be in charge of a robust data infrastructure with AI-powered semantic layers and models.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data outputs and models.
• Manage a small team of data engineers and analysts.

You will thrive in this role if you have…

• 7+ years of working experience as a Data Team Lead/Manager.
• Expert in SQL in a Big Data environment
• Bachelor degree in a STEM field - Engineering, Core Science, Statistics or similar
• Experience in AI-Data infrastructure building and utilization
• Strong understanding of the statistical significance, models, and tools, as well as the analysis and research methodology and testing.
• Outstanding attention to detail, analytical skills, and critical thinking
• A business acumen and a problem-solving approach with great communication skills
• Proven executional skills in connection to data projects
• Proven team management expariance
• Experience in data engineering - an advantage
• Experience in B2C, retail, e-commerce or adtech - a plus
