About the Role

A leading organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced Technology Project Manager to lead complex technology projects from initiation and planning through development, testing, production, and implementation.

The role combines end to end project ownership with cross functional collaboration across Development, Infrastructure, QA, Information Security, Business teams, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology projects from initiation through production

• Build and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables

• Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, and priorities

• Coordinate and drive multiple technical and business stakeholders

• Translate business needs into actionable project requirements

• Lead project status meetings and track execution

• Present project progress, risks, and blockers to stakeholders and management

• Coordinate development, testing, deployment, and implementation activities

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Technology or IT Project Management

• Proven experience managing end to end technology projects

• Experience building and managing project plans and schedules

• Experience working with Development and other technology teams

• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle

• Experience working with multiple business and technical stakeholders

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
