About the Role

A technology organization in Tel Aviv is looking for an experienced Salesforce Implementation Specialist to join a strategic end to end implementation of a new CRM platform.

The role combines Salesforce implementation, solution design, and architecture, while working closely with an external implementation partner. A key part of the position is building internal Salesforce expertise and supporting the future transition of development and maintenance responsibilities to the organization's internal team.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions based on business requirements

• Define solution architecture for a large scale Salesforce implementation

• Evaluate Salesforce capabilities and align them with business processes

• Work with Salesforce Objects and native platform capabilities

• Provide professional oversight of development and implementation activities

• Review solution quality and ensure alignment with Salesforce standards

• Collaborate closely with implementation partners and external vendors

• Provide technical guidance on Salesforce related issues

• Lead knowledge transfer from external vendors to internal teams

• Support integrations and interfaces between Salesforce and other systems

Requirements

• 6+ years of systems implementation experience, including at least 2 years of Salesforce implementation experience

• Experience designing Salesforce solution architecture

• Experience leading Salesforce implementation in a large scale project

• Experience with Salesforce Public Sector solutions

• Experience with CMS

• Salesforce platform development and integration experience

• Experience implementing and developing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions

• Technical experience with Dynamics CRM On Premise, including architecture, development, and implementation

Education

Relevant academic education, professional Information Systems training, Salesforce certifications, Practical Engineering studies, or relevant experience from a military technology unit, according to the position requirements.
