System Engineer

About the Role: This role involves maintaining, monitoring, and ensuring high availability and stability of test environments.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, monitor, and ensure high availability and stability of test environments.
• Perform deep-dive troubleshooting and root cause analysis using logs and monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, development, and infrastructure teams.
• Support cloud infrastructure and assist with CI/CD deployment pipelines.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in technical support or customer-facing engineering roles (Must).

Required Skills:

• Solid experience with Windows Server, Linux, databases, and web servers such as IIS, Apache, or Tomcat (Must).
• Familiarity with AWS, CI/CD processes, and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, or Bitbucket (Must).
• Hands-on experience in issue analysis, monitoring tools, and scripting in Python, PowerShell, or Bash (Must).
• High-level English proficiency and readiness to work in a multi-interface environment (Must).
