Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a software development team focused on core financial systems.
• Manage cross-functional projects and oversee end-to-end task execution.
• Perform systems analysis, characterization, and architectural planning.
• Develop and maintain mission-critical COBOL and SQL applications.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software development (Must).
• At least 2 years of proven team leadership experience (Must).
• Hands-on knowledge and experience with COBOL and SQL (Must).
• Strong experience in systems analysis and specification writing (Must).
• Advantage: Experience developing interfaces for banking systems, teller workstations, ATMs, and API communications.
• Advantage: Track record in project management and leading cross-organizational initiatives.
