Comblack is hiring: BI Development & Services Section Manager for a Leading Financial Enterprise in Central Israel

An exceptional leadership opportunity to manage a BI section comprising 3 teams, drive cross-organizational Data projects, oversee budgets and resource allocation, and promote innovation in BI, DWH, and AI domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the BI section, including 3 distinct development teams in a matrix structure.
• Lead complex, enterprise-wide technology projects from business need to execution.
• Direct work plans, budget management, planning, and resource allocation.
• Drive innovation and formulate strategic solutions across BI, DWH, and AI technologies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in BI, Data, and enterprise information solutions (Must).
• 5+ years of experience managing development teams and leaders in a matrix structure (Must).
• Proven track record leading complex technology projects and cross-organizational solutions (Must).
• Demonstrated experience developing technology solutions from business requirement to implementation (Must).
• Hands-on experience managing work plans, budgets, planning, and resource assignment (Must).
• Significant Advantage: Experience in large-scale enterprises with complex, extensive Data activity.
