Exciting Career Opportunity in the Aviation Sector! A leading state-owned aviation enterprise is seeking an experienced AS400 Information Systems Analyst for a pivotal role involving the analysis, management, and maintenance of complex enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and define user requirements, system modifications, and new features.
• Lead system development and enhancements by guiding and managing programming teams.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, project scope, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-system interfaces and collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and QA teams.
• Drive infrastructure changes and integration projects within a large-scale enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of proven experience in systems analysis within an AS400 environment.
• At least 4 years of experience leading and managing programmers in an AS400 environment.
• Graduate of a recognized Systems Analysis program.
• Native Hebrew speaker with high-level English proficiency.

Required Skills

• Significant Advantage: Hands-on familiarity with RPG (version 3 and above).

Preferred Skills

• Academic or Practical Engineering degree in a technology discipline + 7+ years of IT experience (including at least 4 years in AS400).
• Relevant professional courses (800+ hours) + 10+ years of IT experience (including at least 4 years in AS400).
• At least 6 years of direct experience in ICT systems analysis, with a core focus on AS400.
