• Experience leading a development team or providing significant technical leadership

• Strong hands-on development experience with Node.js and React

• Experience working with PostgreSQL, Docker, and GitHub

• Strong architectural understanding and the ability to lead end-to-end technical solutions

• Experience implementing and leading DevOps processes – Advantage

• Ability to work independently, make technological decisions, and bring a broad system-level perspective
