AutoCAD Software Developer (NISCAD System)

A stable and leading national enterprise is looking to expand its tech team and seeking a skilled AutoCAD Software Developer to lead the development and maintenance of NISCAD —a core, critical application for electrical grid planning.

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the NISCAD application used as an essential tool for electrical grid planning.
• Perform AutoCAD software development with specific experience in electrical grid drafting according to technical specifications.
• Execute complex programming tasks, system design, and customized technical drafting.
• Guide and mentor team programmers under the direction of the Team Lead or Senior System Analyst.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven software development experience in AutoCAD, including electrical grid drafting.
• At least 4 years of experience with Oracle databases and SQL.
• At least 4 years of experience in debugging and complex technical troubleshooting.
• Experience writing interfaces for Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
• Experience working in energy/power companies (transmission/distribution) or infrastructure firms (gas, fuel, water, telecom, desalination).
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and team-player mindset.
