Vendor Scheduler

We are seeking a Procurement & Supply Coordinator to join our Procurement Department.

Responsibilities

• Monitor purchase orders from the moment they are issued to suppliers through receipt in the warehouse.
• Obtain order confirmations from suppliers and update delivery dates in the system.
• Follow up to ensure purchase orders are delivered according to approved schedules.
• Coordinate collections and shipments with local and international suppliers.
• Work closely with multiple interfaces, including Warehouse, Planning (PP&C), Finance, and additional departments.
• Prepare and maintain procurement reports, including open orders, delays, expedite requests, postponements, and cancellations.
• Monitor supplier performance (On-Time Delivery) and prepare monthly and annual reports.
• Report to the Procurement Director.
  
  

• Previous experience in Procurement, Logistics, or Supply Chain – required.
• Experience working with ERP systems – required.
• Experience with MFG – an advantage.
• Assertiveness in dealing with suppliers, teamwork skills, strong interpersonal abilities, service orientation, attention to detail, consistency, and strong organizational skills.
• Good English communication skills (spoken, written, and reading), including communication with international suppliers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with strong Excel skills.
• Import and export knowledge – an advantage.
