Content Lead

We are looking for an Content Lead professional to join our Marketing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end content production, writing, and editing across the firm’s various B2B channels.

We are looking for a true storyteller — someone who lives and breathes words, but more importantly, brings strong business acumen and a solid understanding of business and technology processes. The ideal candidate can translate complex concepts into clear, accessible, and compelling language.

This role requires strong writing skills and the flexibility to work across multiple channels and content formats. You should be comfortable diving into complex business and strategic topics and producing long-form content such as press releases, thought leadership articles, and opinion pieces, while also being able to break them down into short, sharp, and concise copy tailored to today’s fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and produce high-quality B2B content across a wide range of formats, based on a deep understanding of business processes, market challenges, and technology solutions.
• Adapt and distill long-form, complex content such as reports, opinion pieces, and articles into short, clear, and impactful copy.
• Work closely with subject matter experts and managers across the organization.
• Maintain the brand’s business tone while adapting content to local market trends.
• Manage multiple content tasks under dynamic deadlines while maintaining creativity, responsiveness, and speed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Economics, Business Administration, English, or another relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Content Writer or Copywriter in B2B organizations, technology companies, or global agencies -required.
• Demonstrated business understanding and the ability to grasp complex business and technology processes, while making them accessible to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to write both short, action-oriented copy and long-form, in-depth, professional content.
• Native-level English or very high proficiency, including strong writing, editing, and thinking in English -required.
• Fluent Hebrew — required.
• Fast thinking, strategic awareness, creativity, quick learning, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep familiarity and hands-on experience with AI tools for writing, research, and creative work -required.
