Company Description The Israel National Digital Agency (מערך הדיגיטל הלאומי) strengthens the relationship between the public and government by improving, simplifying, and expanding access to government services for residents and businesses. It manages strategic projects in public cloud infrastructure, data and AI, cybersecurity, digital literacy, and human capital development in digital and technology fields

Role Description The Tech Communities Leader will be responsible for building, nurturing, and managing professional tech communities that support the agency’s digital, data, cloud, cybersecurity, and innovation goals. In this full-time hybrid role, based in Ramat Gan with partial work-from-home flexibility, the position includes planning and executing community programs, meetups, workshops, and digital events for diverse stakeholder groups.

Qualifications

• Experience in community building and management, including planning events, facilitating discussions, and fostering engagement in tech or professional communities.
• Strong communication skills in Hebrew, including clear writing, public speaking, and stakeholder coordination across government and external organizations.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, manage multiple projects in parallel, and operate in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
• Experience with digital collaboration and community tools (e.g., social media platforms, online forums, collaboration suites, event management systems).
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Systems, Communications, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or similar); advanced degree is an advantage.

•תכנון והפקה מקצה לקצה של מפגשים, כנסים, סדנאות בפורמט דיגיטלי ופרונטלי

•הנחיה של מפגשים, ניהול דיונים, הובלת תוכן מקצועי ושילוב פורמטים חווייתיים וכלי משחוק

•רתימה, הנעה וחיבור של גורמים טכנולוגים בכירים בממשלה

•עבודה עם Google Workspace, Monday  AI

דרישות התפקיד

•תואר ראשון חובה (רצוי בתחומי: מדיניות ציבורית, מנהל עסקים, תקשורת מדעי המחשב, מערכות מידע)

•תואר שני (יתרון)

•עבודה עצמאית, יכולת לפעול בסביבה דינאמית משתנה

•יוזמה, אחריות אישית, יצירתיות, גמישות מחשבתית

•כישורים בין־אישיים מצוינים

•יכולת ניסוח גבוהה בכתב ובע"פ

•יכולת לרתום, להניע ולחבר בין אנשים גם ללא סמכות

•ניסיון בפיתוח והפקת קורסים, סדנאות, או כנסים 

•אוריינטציה לעולמות הדיגיטל, הטכנולוגיה, הדאטה, הבינה המלאכותית, הסייבר והענן
