Model Developer

We're Hiring – Model Developer | Data & Predictive Analytics ✨

We are looking for an experienced Model Developer to join a data-driven environment and work on complex business processes, predictive models, and decision-making solutions.

The role includes:

• Developing and implementing predictive and decision models using advanced analytical and ML methodologies

• Performing complex data analysis and translating insights into actionable business recommendations

• Working extensively with large databases and complex SQL queries

• Using Python for Data Analytics, Predictive Analytics, and Machine Learning

• Monitoring model performance and building reporting and control mechanisms

• Analyzing complex business processes and decision-making logic

• Planning and executing testing processes and managing model documentation and changes

Requirements:

• Relevant academic degree – Industrial Engineering, Economics, Information Systems, or similar

• 3+ years of hands-on experience writing complex SQL queries in large-scale organizations

• 1+ year of hands-on Python experience for Data Analytics, Predictive Analytics, and ML

• Experience analyzing complex systems and business processes

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Agile experience and familiarity with Jira / Monday – an advantage

• Experience with Visual Analytics tools such as Tableau – an advantage

• Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English
