System Administrator - 2107

TSG Group, a leading defense-tech company, is looking for an experienced System Administrator to join our Infrastructure team!

In this role, you will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and operation of complex IT infrastructures, including System, Storage, VMware, and Active Directory environments, while working in an advanced technological environment and collaborating with both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain System, Storage, VMware, and Active Directory environments

• Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues in real time

• Work directly with customers, providing professional support, guidance, and problem resolution

• Manage virtualization environments (vSphere/ESXi)

• Maintain Microsoft and Linux servers

• Manage storage systems (EMC/NetApp)

• Participate in an on-call rotation and provide support according to operational needs

Requirements:

• Relevant professional training and certifications

• 5+ years of experience managing and operating System, Networking, Storage, VMware, and Active Directory environments

• Proven experience troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues and working directly with customers

• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation

• Willingness to travel abroad as needed

• B.Sc. in Computer Science / Information Systems – an advantage

• Relevant education or training in IT/Networking – an advantage

• Experience with Microsoft Servers and Linux Servers – an advantage

• Good English proficiency
