Mertens MalamTeam is hiring a Network & Telephony Specialist for a leading organization in Central Israel
The role includes operating, maintaining, and supporting network and telephony systems in a large, complex, and critical enterprise environment while ensuring high availability
Requirements
3+ years of experience in enterprise networking and infrastructure – mandatory
Strong hands-on experience with AVAYA systems, including installation, maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting – mandatory
Experience with IP Telephony and VoIP – mandatory
Experience with Call Center, Contact Center, and IVR environments
Knowledge of TCP/IP, SIP, VLAN, Routing, and Switching
Experience with network switches and communication equipment
Experience monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving network issues in large enterprise environments
Experience working in critical environments with SLA and high availability requirements
