HR Systems Analyst / SAP HR | Jerusalem | Hybrid

Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring an experienced HR Systems Analyst / SAP HR for a large security-sector organization in Jerusalem

This is an opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end information systems analysis, work closely with business and technology stakeholders, and support projects throughout their full lifecycle

Responsibilities

End-to-end analysis and specification of information systems

Define business requirements, screens, processes, reports, and interfaces

Support development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle

Support system implementation and provide solutions to users and support teams

Maintain comprehensive system analysis and specification documentation

Identify and drive process improvements

Maintain ongoing collaboration with business and technology stakeholders

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in systems analysis

Full proficiency with diagramming and advanced specification tools, including VISIO, flowcharts, Gantt charts, ERD, and similar tools

Experience analyzing and specifying SAP-based systems, with an emphasis on SAP HR

Experience specifying integrations and interfaces – an advantage

Information Systems Project Management course and/or relevant project management experience

Experience working in technology units within defense or security-sector organizations
