I am looking for a business partner to join me in bringing an innovative EdTech platform to market.

The platform is a social network focused on learning. Teachers, lecturers, and mentors can upload short educational videos and publish their availability for private or group sessions.

Students can watch these videos, become familiar with each educator’s teaching style, and choose the person who best fits their learning needs before booking a session.

The platform offers a unique concept that combines short-form educational content, educator discovery, and lesson booking in one place.

I am looking for a business partner with experience in:

• Establishing a company and opening a business bank account in the United States
• Finding and implementing a suitable payment-processing solution
• Developing a business plan and go-to-market strategy
• Building partnerships and attracting customers
• Leading the product from development through launch and growth

The product is already at an advanced stage of development. However, the platform is not yet generating revenue, and I am currently covering all development and operational expenses myself.

My strength is on the technical side, and I now need an experienced business partner who can define the right path forward and take ownership of the business side of the company.

Please note that this is not currently a paid or salaried position. The partnership will be based on a formal agreement defining responsibilities, commitments, and equity according to each partner’s contribution and the terms agreed upon.
