Senior Mixed-Signal Hardware Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Mixed-Signal Hardware Engineer to lead high-performance board designs from concept through to full production. In this role, you will focus heavily on signal integrity, manufacturability, and long-term system reliability while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary hardware, firmware, and system teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design schematics and lead PCB layout activities.
• Select components and define detailed electrical and layout constraints.
• Perform SI/PI analysis for high-speed digital and analog designs.
• Lead board bring-up, hands-on lab validation, and debugging.
• Support volume manufacturing, ECOs, and full product lifecycle management.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (M.Sc. is a strong plus).
• 7+ years of hands-on board-level design experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with Siemens EDM / Expedition design suite.
• Strong background in high-speed protocols and interfaces (DDR, PCIe, Ethernet).
• Deep hands-on laboratory debugging experience.
• Prior experience with FPGA-based architecture.
• Solid grasp of thermal and power integrity design considerations.
