Responsibilities
- Ongoing operation of the learning department: coordination, schedule management, registration, and organizing learning events
- Learning Management System (LMS) administration: setting up courses, tracking, generating reports, and monitoring
- Coordinating and supporting vendors and managers in learning projects
- Assisting in the development of learning materials
- Relevant bachelor's degree – mandatory
- At least two years of experience in an operational role or as a learning/training coordinator
- Experience working with LMS systems – mandatory
- Strong organizational and task management skills
- Service-oriented mindset, ability to work across interfaces, and a proactive approach ("can-do" attitude)
- The company's offices in Bnei Brak are located about a 7-minute walk from the "Ben Gurion" light rail station
