AI Native Graphic Designer

We are looking for a highly talented, hands-on AI Native Graphic Designer to join our Creative department. In this role, you will be a core designer executing high-impact performance ads and digital assets, while leveraging cutting-edge Generative AI tools as an integral part of your daily workflow. You are someone who lives and breathes AI, constantly experimenting with the latest visual and video tools to push creative boundaries, speed up production, and elevate design quality.

Please note: This is a hands-on AI Graphic & Performance Design role (focusing on ad creatives, social, and visual marketing assets), not a UX/UI or Product Design position.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-converting performance ads, social media content, digital marketing assets, and dynamic campaign visuals for global clients.
• Fully integrate advanced Gen-AI tools into your daily design process, from initial concept, mood boarding, and prompt engineering to generating final high-resolution visual and video assets.
• Stay ahead of the curve by testing emerging AI tools, building prompt libraries, and developing creative workflows to optimize production.
• Ensure all AI-generated and hand-crafted deliverables meet top-tier visual standards, maintaining exact brand guidelines, strong composition, and compelling storytelling.
• Articulate AI techniques and help guide team members on effectively adopting new AI tools and methodologies.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience as a Graphic / Visual Designer in a fast-paced agency or digital environment.
• AI Native Mindset & Deep Mastery- Daily, hands-on experience using a wide spectrum of Generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, FLUX, Stable Diffusion/ComfyUI, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, Magnific, ChatGPT, Claude, and advanced Prompt Engineering).
• A compelling portfolio demonstrating solid design fundamentals (composition, typography, color theory, digital advertising) alongside clear, high-quality examples of AI-driven creative projects.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, manage tight deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing project needs.
• Fluent English: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English to articulate creative concepts, pitch ideas, and document workflows clearly.
• Background in Motion Design, Video Editing, or Animation (After Effects, Premiere Pro) combined with AI video generation tools (Runway Gen-2/Gen-3, Sora, Luma Dream Machine, Kling).
• Experience or natural aptitude for guiding, explaining, and onboarding others to new tools and AI methodologies.
• Proven experience crafting performance-driven visual assets specifically tailored for Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
