BIM MODELER

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining detailed 3D BIM models using Revit and other BIM tools as required, in accordance with the project’s BIM Execution Plan (BEP), company procedures, and the required Level of Development / Level of Information Need (LOD/LOIN)
• Reading, analyzing, and modeling based on architectural and structural drawings, MEP plans, infrastructure plans, specifications, and surveying data, in order to create coordinated discipline-specific models and produce documentation and drawings
• Working closely with multidisciplinary design teams to ensure coordination between disciplines and maintain model quality
  
  

• Degree, diploma, or certification in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Systems, Building Engineering/Technology, or another relevant field in the construction and infrastructure industry
• Proven experience as a BIM Modeler or Revit Technician in construction or infrastructure projects – minimum 2 years of experience, in accordance with organizational requirements
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit
• Experience working with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), AutoCAD, and other BIM coordination tools
• Good understanding of construction methods, construction phases, and multidisciplinary coordination between architecture, structural engineering, MEP, and infrastructure disciplines
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to work with complex models and multiple versions, and advanced problem-solving abilities
• Experience in BIM modeling for infrastructure projects such as railways, roads, bridges, tunnels, or infrastructure systems, including working with surveying data, GIS, and existing-condition models – an advantage
• Experience developing Revit Families and parametric elements, working with Dynamo or scripting tools, and using plugins for automation and model quality improvement – an advantage
• Familiarity with openBIM standards, IFC and COBie formats, and information delivery requirements for asset management and operations – an advantage
  
  

• The position is based at the company’s offices in Bnei Brak, approximately a 7-minute walk from the “Ben Gurion” Light Rail station
