🚀 We’re Hiring | Senior FPGA Engineer / FPGA Technical Lead

A leading global Medical Device company is looking for an experienced Senior FPGA Engineer / FPGA Technical Lead to join its R&D site in Yokneam.

This is a great opportunity for a highly experienced FPGA professional who wants to combine deep hands-on development with technical leadership, ownership, and real impact on complex life-saving medical products.

💡 Important – previous experience as a formal Team Leader is NOT required.

If you have extensive hands-on FPGA/RTL experience and have already taken technical leadership or ownership – mentoring engineers, leading technical processes, driving architecture decisions, or taking responsibility for complex development activities – we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

🔹 Lead FPGA development from a technical perspective while remaining highly hands-on.

🔹 Design and develop complex FPGA/RTL solutions.

🔹 Take an active role in FPGA and product architecture decisions.

🔹 Provide technical guidance and mentorship to FPGA engineers.

🔹 Collaborate closely with Hardware, Software, System, and Algorithm teams.

🔹 Drive complex technical challenges from design through implementation and validation.

What we’re looking for:

✅ 6+ years of hands-on FPGA/RTL development experience.

✅ Strong experience with Verilog and SystemVerilog.

✅ Experience with FPGA architecture and design.

✅ Experience with Vivado and/or Quartus.

✅ Deep understanding of Static Timing Analysis.

✅ Experience with PCIe, SerDes, and high-speed communication protocols.

✅ Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers, and JTAG.

✅ Technical leadership experience – formal people-management experience is not mandatory.
