The Role

At SOURCIX, we're transforming how manufacturers source custom mechanical components through AI-powered technology. Our platform connects engineering, procurement, suppliers, and production into one intelligent operational ecosystem.

We are looking for a highly execution-focused Growth & Marketing Lead to own and drive our marketing strategy across all channels - with a strong emphasis on B2B growth, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), SaaS marketing, and AI-driven marketing operations.

This is an individual contributor (IC) / player-coach role for a builder who thrives in a 0-to-1 startup environment. As our first marketing hire, you will work in close collaboration with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to shape our brand story, drive demand generation, and build the foundation for scalable growth.

Beyond traditional marketing expertise, we are specifically looking for someone who deeply understands how to leverage AI in modern marketing - both strategically and operationally. You actively use AI tools in your personal daily workflow, understand how AI optimizes content creation and campaign execution, and can guide freelancers, agencies, and future team hires in adopting AI-first marketing methodologies.

The ideal candidate is a strategic yet hands-on growth marketer with a strong track record in early-stage startups, capable of operating as an independent marketing owner while leveraging agencies, freelancers, and AI tools to scale efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Execution: Own and drive SOURCIX’s short- and long-term marketing strategy-from high-level positioning down to hands-on campaign-level execution.
• AI-First Marketing Operations: Lead and optimize AI-powered marketing workflows across content creation, campaign execution, lead generation, research, automation, and analytics.
• AI Adoption & Efficiency: Drive adoption of AI tools and AI-first methodologies within marketing operations and collaborate with internal teams to improve efficiency using AI technologies.
• Messaging & Storytelling: Craft compelling messaging and storytelling that clearly communicates SOURCIX’s value proposition to technical, procurement, and business audiences.
• GTM Strategy: Define and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for SOURCIX’s SaaS and Marketplace offerings in alignment with product and sales initiatives.
• Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Plan and execute targeted ABM campaigns to generate, nurture, and convert high-value enterprise and industrial accounts.
• Demand Generation: Lead demand generation efforts through paid media, outbound campaigns, content marketing, SEO, email marketing, partnerships, and digital acquisition channels.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to ensure cohesive messaging, aligned priorities, and impactful outreach strategies.
• Resourceful Scaling: Operate effectively as a hands-on growth owner while identifying opportunities to scale through agencies, freelancers, automation tools, and future team hires.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, AI marketing trends, and competitor positioning to continuously refine messaging and growth strategy.
• Analytics & Performance: Build and manage marketing performance tracking, reporting, and KPI measurement to support scalable company growth.
• Sales Enablement: Support outbound sales initiatives with personalized marketing content, campaigns, and sales enablement materials.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in B2B marketing with proven success in SaaS and ABM environments.
• Early-Stage Startup Track Record: Demonstrated experience working in early-stage startups, ideally as the first marketing hire or as a highly independent marketing lead.
• AI Tool Proficiency: Strong understanding and personal hands-on use of AI tools for content creation, research, campaign execution, automation, analytics, or operational workflows.
• AI Methodology Guidance: Ability to guide teams, freelancers, and agencies in adopting AI-powered marketing processes.
• Technical Product Positioning: Strong background in positioning technical products to engineering, procurement, and industrial audiences.
• Hands-on GTM Execution: Practical experience building and executing GTM campaigns, including marketing automation and sales enablement workflows.
• Storytelling & Content: Exceptional storytelling, branding, content creation, and communication skills.
• Independence & Ownership: Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Global Language Skills: Fluent English with experience operating in global markets.
