Based in Tel Aviv, our global headquarters and one of Mindspace's largest and most strategic markets, this role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside our executive leadership team and influence both the Israeli business and the company's global direction.

This is one of the most influential leadership roles at Mindspace.

As Managing Director, Israel, you will lead one of our largest business units with full ownership of commercial performance, profitability, operations, customer experience, and long-term growth. Your mission will be to strengthen an already successful business by accelerating commercial performance, increasing profitability, optimizing the existing portfolio, and identifying new growth opportunities.

As a member of Mindspace's Global Leadership Team, you'll partner closely with the COO and executive leadership to shape company-wide strategy while driving the continued success of our Israeli market.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the overall performance and full P&L responsibility for Mindspace Israel.
• Define and execute the long-term business strategy for the Israeli market.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability, occupancy, portfolio performance, and member retention.
• Lead commercial strategy, pricing, sales performance, and go-to-market execution.
• Develop and inspire a high-performing leadership team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
• Ensure operational excellence and deliver an exceptional hospitality-driven customer experience across all locations.
• Build strategic relationships with enterprise customers, landlords, developers, investors, brokers, and key business partners.
• Identify, negotiate, and execute strategic real estate and business development opportunities.
• Partner closely with global leadership to execute company-wide strategic initiatives and share best practices across markets.
• Represent Israel as a member of Mindspace's Global Leadership Team.
  
  

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in General Management, Commercial Leadership, or Business Leadership.
• Proven success leading a complex multi-site business with full P&L ownership.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving growth and profitability.
• Excellent strategic, financial, and analytical capabilities.
• Outstanding leadership experience building and developing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in hospitality, flexible workspace, premium customer experience, retail, real estate, or other customer-centric multi-site businesses is a significant advantage.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA is an advantage.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.
