About the Role

Aran Software is growing, and we’re looking for a talented, highly motivated Technical Recruiter to join our HR team in Caesarea.

In this role, you will lead E2E technical recruitment processes, sourcing and hiring top-tier tech talent to drive our company's growth. Key Responsibilities

• E2E Recruitment: Manage full-lifecycle hiring processes for various technical positions within the company.
• Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Proactively identify, attract, and engage top tech candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced sourcing tools, and databases.
• Interviews & Evaluation: Conduct phone screenings and in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Candidate Experience: Guide candidates through all stages of the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and exceptional journey up to onboarding.
• Hiring Manager Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific technical needs, refine job profiles, and optimize hiring strategies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment – mandatory.
• Proven proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Proactive mindset, excellent candidate engagement skills, and strong business orientation.
• Ability to work independently with strong ownership, alongside high team collaboration.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
