Salesforce Consultant & Developer

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant & Developerto join one of the largest and most strategic projects in the financial services industry. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions while also taking a hands-on approach to development when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Salesforce solutions, from business analysis and solution design through delivery and deployment.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Configure and customize Salesforce to support complex business processes and automation.
• Develop and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
• Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST APIs.
• Prepare functional and technical specifications and work closely with developers, architects, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce implementation (consulting) combined with hands-on Salesforce development.
• Experience working for a software company, consulting firm, or system integrator – required.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flows – required.
• Experience gathering requirements and writing functional and/or technical specifications – required.
• Experience with integrations and REST APIs – an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and solution design – an advantage.
• Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) – a significant advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work closely with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced project environment.
