Role Description The Procurement Team Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahihud. This role oversees the daily activities of the procurement team, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing of materials, components, and services in alignment with company standards and customer requirements. Responsibilities include managing supplier relationships, negotiating pricing and terms, monitoring inventory levels, and resolving supply issues to support uninterrupted production. The Procurement Team Leader coordinates cross-functionally with operations, finance, and engineering to support planning, cost optimization, and compliance with procurement policies. The role also involves mentoring team members, monitoring performance metrics, and driving process improvements in purchasing and procurement workflows.
Qualifications

• Strong Procurement and Purchasing experience, including managing suppliers and negotiating contracts.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for evaluating cost, quality, and delivery data to support decision-making.
• Proven Team Leadership capabilities, with experience guiding, coaching, and developing team members.
• Ability to contribute to Strategic Planning for materials, sourcing strategies, and process improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or high-tech environments and familiarity with ERP or procurement systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and with external partners.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
