A leading organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced Full Stack Tech Lead to lead large scale Digital projects from architecture and development through Production.

This is a hands on leadership role combining modern Full Stack development, Cloud architecture, technical decision making, and Generative AI.

What You'll Do

• Lead complex Digital projects from technical design through Production

• Stay hands on with Full Stack development using React / Angular and .NET Core / C#

• Design scalable Microservices architectures, REST APIs, and Cloud Native solutions

• Work with AWS, Azure, and GCP environments and CI/CD pipelines

• Lead technical design decisions, Code Reviews, and engineering best practices

• Mentor developers and provide hands on technical guidance

• Design and implement Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents

• Use AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, and ChatGPT

• Collaborate closely with DevOps and other technology teams

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of professional Digital / Web development experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Tech Lead or Developer Lead

• Strong hands on Full Stack experience with React / Angular and .NET Core / C#

• Proven experience leading complex software projects through Production

• 4+ years of Cloud experience, with AWS as a significant advantage

• Strong experience with Microservices and REST APIs

• Proven experience developing or implementing Generative AI solutions in Production

• Strong technical leadership skills with a hands on engineering mindset
