Creative Strategist Lead (DTC)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and consumer-obsessed Creative Strategist Lead to drive high-performing marketing concepts for a fast-growing DTC brand.

Sitting at the intersection of consumer psychology, performance marketing, and creative production, you will lead our creative team to produce winning ad angles that scale customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Mentor: Manage a team of video editors, designers, and copywriters—streamlining workflows and high-volume asset output.
• Creative Strategy: Own campaign strategy across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Develop high-converting hooks, angles, and campaign themes.
• Consumer Research: Deep-dive into customer behavior, reviews, and market trends to craft powerful messaging frameworks.
• Performance Analysis: Track key metrics (Hook Rate, CTR, CVR, ROAS) to double down on winning concepts and optimize creative performance.
• Briefing & Execution: Write detailed briefs and ad scripts for internal creators and UGC partners while keeping assets on-brand and performance-driven.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5+ years in Creative Strategy, Performance Creative, or Growth Marketing within the DTC space.
• Leadership: Proven track record of managing creative talent (editors, designers) or production teams.
• Paid Social Expertise: Strong background in scaling ads on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and short-form video content.
• Direct Response Knowledge: Solid understanding of direct response principles, consumer psychology, and creative testing.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable creative iterations.
• Project Management: Excellent communication, storytelling, and organizational skills.
