Role Description The מהנדסי תהליך/טכנולוגים role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kiryat Bialik. The role involves analyzing, designing, and optimizing manufacturing and technological processes to improve efficiency, quality, and reliability. Daily responsibilities include monitoring production lines, identifying bottlenecks, defining and implementing process changes, and documenting procedures and work instructions. The role also includes collaborating with operations, quality, maintenance, and other R&D teams, supporting new product introductions, and participating in root-cause analysis and corrective actions. The engineer/technologist will track performance metrics, prepare technical reports, and help ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience in process engineering, production technology, or manufacturing environments, preferably in industrial or chemical/process industries. End to End NPI proven capabilties a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience with data-driven decision-making and process optimization tools.
• Ability to read and prepare technical documentation, process flow diagrams, and work instructions.
• Familiarity with quality and improvement methodologies (such as Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, or similar frameworks) is an advantage.
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Excel and other data analysis or reporting tools; experience with ERP/MES systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and on the production floor.
• Capacity to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and take responsibility for projects from definition through implementation.
