About the Role

A fast-growing technology company in the energy sector is looking for an exceptional Head of Marketing to build and lead its global marketing strategy as it expands into international markets.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines strategic thinking with execution, knows how to build a global B2B brand from the ground up, generate high-quality leads, and position an innovative deep-tech company as a market leader.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute the company's global marketing strategy, positioning, and messaging.
• Lead digital marketing, content, PR, social media, and B2B demand generation.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns that support business growth and international expansion.
• Manage participation in global conferences, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
• Drive lead generation, CRM processes, marketing automation, and performance analytics.
• Create compelling marketing materials for customers, partners, and investors.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize marketing workflows, content creation, and campaign performance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of marketing leadership experience in technology, SaaS, energy, infrastructure, or other deep-tech industries.
• Proven experience building and executing global B2B marketing strategies.
• Strong background in branding, demand generation, digital marketing, and content strategy.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation, analytics, and AI tools.
• Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, industrial technology, or energy storage – a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills in Hebrew and English.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
