Mechanical Integrator

A leading and innovative green energy company is looking for a Mechanical Integrator to join its R&D Integration Team.

This is a hands-on position in a multidisciplinary technological environment, involving close collaboration with Mechanical, Electronics, Control, and Software teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform system-level integration of mechanical assemblies, electronic components, fluid systems, and control software.
• Assemble, set up, and operate complex systems, from individual components to a fully functioning energy system.
• Perform mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, piping connections, and installation of flow components such as pumps, valves, and flow meters.
• Calibrate sensors, perform leak tests, and run initial system tests in the laboratory and in the field.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues involving the interfaces between mechanical, electrical, fluid, and control systems.
• Work closely with R&D teams and provide clear technical feedback to improve product reliability, system performance, and work processes.
• Support field installations and system commissioning activities as required.

Requirements

• At least two years of hands-on experience as an Integrator working with multidisciplinary systems in a product development company.
• Experience assembling mechanical and electronic systems.
• Practical experience with mechanical assemblies, electrical wiring, piping, and fluid system components.
• Strong technical capabilities and a hands-on problem-solving approach.
• Experience in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and repair.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Mechanical, Electronics, Control, and Software engineers and provide clear, accurate technical feedback.

Advantages

• Technician or Practical Engineer qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or a related field.
• Experience in the energy, cleantech, medical device, or digital printing industries.
• Experience with systems combining fluid flow and precision mechanics.
