At 8400 - The Health Network, we’re looking for a senior leader who knows how to turn relationships into meaningful partnerships, resources, and impact.

This is a unique opportunity for someone deeply understanding and connected to Israel’s health and innovation ecosystem - and equally comfortable operating in global and local partnerships, philanthropic support, and long-term impact for Israel’s healthtech ecosystem.

What you’ll lead

• Strategic Partnerships - building and developing relationships with multinational corporations, investors, VC funds, foundations, and senior ecosystem leaders.
• Resource Development & Philanthropy - developing a strong pipeline of donors and partners, cultivating relationships, and turning opportunities into meaningful support.
• Global Network - expanding 8400’s global healthtech and innovation network and making it a strategic asset for partnerships, resources, expertise, and international collaboration.
• Leadership & Execution - translating strategy into action, leading the team, and building the infrastructure and processes that turn relationships into results.

Who are we looking for?

A senior, highly connected professional with:

• Deep familiarity with the Israeli health, healtech and life sciences ecosystems
• A proven network among senior leaders in industry, investment, philanthropy, and health innovation
• Significant experience in partnerships, resource development, philanthropy, investor relations, or corporate relations
• Native-level English and exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
• A strategic mindset, agility, and curiosity to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
• A medical/clinical/scientific background, experience with pharma, medtech, digital health or VC, and familiarity with philanthropic foundations or international communities.
• A natural connector. Someone who sees opportunities where others see separate dots - and knows how to connect the right people, organizations, ideas, and resources.

Someone who can walk into a room with senior executives, investors, physicians, entrepreneurs, or philanthropists and build genuine relationships based on trust.
