Online Content Manager

NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Communication outreach and engagement on EU policies in North Africa, the Middle East and the Gulf”.

In this context, NTU International is establishing a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts (Senior and Junior) to be mobilised on a short-term, on-demand basis during project implementation (36 months).

The overall objective of this assignment is to provide strategic, technical and logistical communication support to DG MENA in the planning, development and implementation of its day-to-day communication activities, with the aim of strengthening the visibility, outreach and impact of the European Union's policies, initiatives and partnerships across the Middle East, North Africa and the Gulf region.

Junior Non-Key Expert - Online Content Manager

Responsibilities

• Managing and updating website and online platform content using Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Drafting, editing and publishing web content in line with communication objectives and editorial guidelines.
• Ensuring content is accurate, up to date, accessible and user-friendly.
• Coordinating with communication specialists, designers and technical teams to publish multimedia content.
• Supporting the implementation of digital communication campaigns through online channels.
• Monitoring website content performance and supporting basic web analytics and reporting.
• Maintaining content consistency, quality and compliance with EU branding and communication standards.
• Assisting with content planning, quality assurance and routine website maintenance.

Minimum Qualification and Skills

• Degree (or equivalent) in communication/journalism/web content;
• Fluent English;
• CMS familiarity.

Minimum General and Specific Professional Experience

• 2 years' general experience in online communication;
• 1 year specific experience managing website/online content.
