About This Role

We are looking for an experienced, technically oriented Delivery Manager to lead our Project Management team and support GTH’s continued growth and success.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for managing the company’s delivery portfolio, leading and developing Project Managers, and ensuring that complex software initiatives are delivered successfully. The Delivery Manager will work closely with R&D, Product Management, QA, business stakeholders, and other functional teams to improve execution, resolve dependencies, and establish scalable delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Project Management team.
• Align teams to business and product priorities and suggest updates to those priorities when needed.
• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent software projects.
• Serve as the primary delivery focal point across R&D, Product, QA, and stakeholders.
• Sync closely with our offices abroad on delivery and cross-site dependencies.
• Proactively identify delivery risks and dependencies and drive them to resolution.
• Educate stakeholders and other parties about our delivery processes.
• Ensure Jira accurately reflects plans, ownership, and status; improve workflows and automation.
• Remain hands-on and own critical or highly complex initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong technical background - mandatory: software development processes, architecture, APIs, integrations, databases, cloud, and production operations. Able to engage in detailed technical discussions with engineers and technical leaders.
• At least 6 years in software delivery, technical project management, or program management.
• At least 2 years leading Project Managers or cross-functional delivery teams.
• Experience at 2+ SaaS / Internet / Mobile companies, ideally medium-sized.
• Strong understanding of Agile, release management, and the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent soft skills, with a proven ability to drive change, coach, and create accountability without relying solely on formal authority.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior business and technology leaders.
• Advanced hands-on Jira experience (workflows, automation, dashboards, reporting).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Prior experience in software development, QA automation, DevOps, or system analysis is a significant advantage.
• Availability to work from our Tel Aviv office.
