Information Technology Manager- Relocation

The management and security of information systems include all of the company's departments, with a broad emphasis on the critical departments - Research and Development, Engineering, and Operations. The company requires a technological leader in the subject of information security, with an emphasis on supporting the entire company and dealing with advanced industrial systems.

Role Description We are looking for a Hands-on IT and Information Security Lead, with a strong affinity for technology, science, and complex systems. High curiosity, self-learning ability, and extensive knowledge. The role includes end-to-end responsibility for the company's IT infrastructure (approx. 50 users and global subcontractors), protection of the company's Intellectual Property (IP) and patents, and leading projects for the digitalization of the laboratories (LIMS/sensors), industrial systems, and core systems.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in an IT Manager role.
• At least one year of experience in information security or in a CISO role / leading cyber function.
• Practical experience (Working knowledge) in the Azure cloud environment.
• Proven experience in the Networking field and deep understanding of vulnerability management, intrusion prevention, and communication network protection.
• Experience and management of Windows operating systems and good familiarity with the Linux environment.

The position is located in Canada and includes a relocation assistance package.
