English Copywriter - Growth & Conversion

Marketily builds and grows direct-to-consumer health brands. We combine customer research, direct-response marketing, conversion-rate optimization, creative testing and AI-supported systems to drive sustainable, profitable growth.

We are hiring a hands-on English-language copywriter to create clear, persuasive, conversion-focused copy throughout the customer journey.

This opportunity may suit either:

• A copywriter with at least one year of professional experience who wants to develop broader expertise in funnel optimization; or
• An experienced DTC or CRO copywriter who is ready to take ownership of more of the customer journey from the outset.

Success in this role means producing commercially effective copy efficiently, learning from performance data and continually improving conversion rate, average order value, retention and revenue.

• Researching customers, competitors and markets
• Developing positioning, messaging, offers, hooks and creative angles
• Writing copy for Meta ads, video scripts, landing pages, pre-sell pages, checkout pages, upsells, emails and SMS campaigns
• Auditing and improving existing copy for clarity, persuasion, proof, objection handling and message consistency
• Developing copy and CRO hypotheses and using performance data to improve each iteration
• Preparing clear copy briefs and collaborating closely with design, video, development and paid-media teams
• Using AI tools throughout your workflow to support research, writing, analysis and iteration while personally taking responsibility for the strategy, accuracy and final quality of your work

• At least one year of professional copywriting experience, with relevant work samples
• Exceptional written English and the ability to produce natural, accurate and persuasive English-language copy
• An understanding of direct-response principles, including headlines, proof, offers, objections and calls to action
• The ability to use customer reviews, interviews, competitor research and performance data to identify stronger messages
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve research, writing, speed and quality—not solely to generate initial drafts
• Experience with e-commerce funnels, conversion-rate optimization or landing-page optimization is an advantage, but not required

• Care about producing polished, high-quality work
• Can explain the reasoning behind your copy
• Turn feedback and performance insights into stronger work
• Are curious, adaptable and motivated to develop broader funnel ownership
• Notice weak logic, repetition, unsupported claims and missing proof
• Look for practical ways to improve conversion and commercial performance
• Work well with designers, marketers, developers and video teams

This is a paid, full-time, work-from-office position in Modi’in, Israel. A hybrid arrangement may become possible over time.

Because the role is primarily office-based, applicants must be able to work regularly from our Modi’in office. Candidates must also be legally eligible to work in Israel.
