Senior Email Deliverability & Infrastructure Specialist

ROI Labs is a fast-growing marketing agency working with multiple gaming brands across global markets.

We're looking for a hands-on Senior Email Deliverability & Infrastructure Specialist to own, build, and scale our email sending infrastructure across multiple brands and domains.

This is a technical email infrastructure role, not a traditional Email Marketing or CRM position.

• Own and manage email infrastructure across multiple brands, domains, and sending environments.
• Manage dedicated IPs, IP pools, sending domains, subusers, API keys, routing, and ESP configurations.
• Configure and maintain DNS and email authentication, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, CNAMEs, return-path, and tracking domains.
• Build and manage IP warm-up strategies, sender reputation, and volume scaling.
• Monitor inbox placement, bounce/block rates, spam complaints, and overall deliverability.
• Troubleshoot complex deliverability issues and protect sender reputation across brands.
• Set up new brands, domains, ESP accounts, and sending environments from scratch.
• Plan and support migrations, sender separation, and infrastructure changes across brands while minimizing deliverability risk.
• Work hands-on with SendGrid, Brevo, Mailgun, Amazon SES, Postmark, or similar ESPs.
• Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, BI, and Development teams.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Email Deliverability, Email Infrastructure, ESP Operations, or a similar technical email role.
• Strong hands-on experience with DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, dedicated IPs, IP warm-up, and sender reputation.
• Proven experience troubleshooting deliverability and inbox-placement issues in high-volume email environments.
• Experience with at least one major ESP such as SendGrid, Brevo, Mailgun, Amazon SES, Postmark, or similar.
• Ability to independently build and manage multiple sending domains and environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.

• Multi-brand / multi-domain email architecture experience.
• Google Postmaster Tools, Microsoft SNDS, DMARC monitoring, APIs, or webhooks.
• Experience in iGaming, fintech, affiliate marketing, eCommerce, or another high-volume B2C environment.

Take end-to-end ownership of a business-critical email infrastructure supporting multiple global brands. You'll have the opportunity to build, optimize, troubleshoot, and scale our email ecosystem while establishing the expertise and best practices that will remain in-house.
