About the Role:

We are looking for an Experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex, large-scale technology projects across the organization. This high-impact role involves end-to-end project ownership, strategic stakeholder collaboration, and direct contribution to product success and company growth. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of SaaS and a strong background in leading technological initiatives in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of mega-projects and mission-critical initiatives with full ownership of scope, resources, risks, and timelines.
• Manage full project life cycle, including requirements gathering, planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, and post-launch support.
• Partner with senior leadership and technical teams to align project goals with business objectives and ensure technical feasibility.
• Utilize methodologies such as Agile/Scrum or hybrid models to manage execution and delivery.
• Maintain transparency through executive-level reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies early; proactively solve complex challenges that arise during implementation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and key external stakeholders throughout the project.
• Drive continuous process improvement and contribute to scaling project management methodologies across the division.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing large-scale, cross-functional technology projects within SaaS or complex software environments.
• Proven success in leading multi-million-dollar implementations and complex rollouts, preferably in B2B or hospitality domains.
• Strong background in working with technical teams (development, QA, DevOps), with ability to understand architecture, integrations, and product configurations.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, Monday, or similar.
• Excellent skills in risk management, resource planning, and executive reporting.
• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities – capable of aligning diverse teams and motivating stakeholders across departments.
• High level of analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and strategic planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems / Industrial Engineering / Computer Science or related field – Master’s degree an advantage.
• SQL knowledge – advantage.
• Fluent English – a must.
