Trading Operations Associate (Entry-Level) — Capital Markets

About Us Altris Finance is an established proprietary trading firm based in Ramat Gan, Israel. We are markets makers in futures across major global exchanges — including CME, ICE, and Cboe — spanning interest rates, equity indices, and credit. We run our own capital, build much of our own technology, and operate a fast-paced trading environment covering both European and US market hours.

About the Role We are looking for a motivated entry-level hire to join our trading operations team. No prior experience is required — this is a genuine ground-floor opportunity to learn how a professional trading desk operates from the inside, working directly alongside experienced traders.

Working hours: Monday–Friday, 14:30–23:00 (aligned with US market hours) Location: Full-time, on-site at our Ramat Gan offices

What You'll Do

Support the day-to-day operation of a live trading environment

Monitor live trading systems and escalate/report issues in real time

Coordinate with brokers, exchanges, and technology vendors

Track infrastructure and regulatory tasks through to completion

Manage daily P&L reporting, position reconciliation, and funding oversight

What We're Looking For

Entry-level position — no prior experience required

Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented

High level of English (written and spoken)

Strong Excel skills and hands-on experience with AI tools

Genuine desire to learn and build a career in capital markets

Availability to work afternoon and evening hours
