For our site in Haifa, we are looking for a Quality Manager for the Ground Systems domain

In this role, you will take a central part in leading quality activities across customers, suppliers, engineering, manufacturing, and procurement interfaces, while working on complex systems in an advanced and multidisciplinary technological environment.

In this role you will

Lead development processes and engineering reviews with design subcontractors in Israel and abroad, including quality audits, improvement plans, and performance monitoring

Lead contractor and supplier quality control processes

Take overall responsibility for quality activities in the Ground Systems domain across customers, suppliers, and internal organizational interfaces

Manage and implement quality assurance processes throughout the product lifecycle, from development to customer delivery

Lead failure investigations, root cause analysis (RCA), and implementation of corrective and preventive actions

Manage qualification processes, incoming inspections, FAI activities, and configuration control according to customer requirements

Lead quality discussions with customers and certification authorities

Provide professional support for complex quality issues requiring deep technical and mechanical understanding

Requirements

B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant field

CQE certification - Advantage

Experience leading quality processes in engineering or manufacturing environments

Experience working with subcontractors and suppliers and conducting quality audits

Knowledge of quality standards ISO9001 and AS9100

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, technical specifications, and customer requirements

High level of English, both written and spoken, and willingness to travel frequently abroad

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to lead cross-functional processes, work independently, and maintain a system-level perspective
