Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure DevOps Engineer to join a mission-critical environment and support the design, implementation, automation, and maintenance of enterprise infrastructure platforms.

Responsibility:

• Design, deploy, manage, and maintain scalable containerized environments using Kubernetes (K8s) or OpenShift.
• Build, optimize, and support CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient, reliable, and automated software delivery processes.
• Implement and manage GitOps-based deployment workflows using Argo CD and similar tools.
• Administer, maintain, and optimize database platforms, including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex infrastructure and application issues while ensuring high availability and performance.
• Lead infrastructure automation initiatives and promote DevOps best practices across the organization.

requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or related infrastructure roles.
• Proven hands-on experience managing and supporting Kubernetes (K8s) or OpenShift environments.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD methodologies and experience with modern DevOps toolchains.
• Hands-on experience with Argo CD or other GitOps solutions.
• Experience administering and supporting MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities across infrastructure, platforms, and applications.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS, Azure, VMware, Kubernetes (CKA), RHCSA/RHCE, or Terraform.
