Work Model: Full-time, strictly on-site

Locations: Hadera and Karmiel area, Israel

* Hadera: 3 days per week

* Rafael facilities in the Karmiel area: 2 days per week

* Shuttle service is provided for travel to Karmiel

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer with a strong backend orientation to join our engineering team.

You will design and develop complex server-side systems using C#/.NET, while contributing to desktop client-side applications built with WPF. This position involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in a highly technical, engineering-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and maintain robust backend solutions using C#/.NET.

* Develop and enhance desktop client-side features using WPF.

* Build scalable, reliable, and maintainable software components.

* Design and manage interfaces between systems and applications.

* Write and maintain unit tests, including the use of AI-assisted development tools.

* Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering and product teams.

* Contribute to architectural and technical design decisions.

Requirements

* At least 5 years of significant backend development experience using C#/.NET.

* Strong hands-on experience with C# 8 or later.

* Deep knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and design principles.

* Strong practical understanding of SOLID principles.

* Experience with multithreading and concurrent programming.

* Solid understanding of the MVVM architecture.

* Experience writing and maintaining unit tests.

* Hands-on experience with relational databases, particularly Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server.

* Understanding of microservices-based architectures and distributed systems.

* Familiarity with application lifecycle management tools, particularly Azure DevOps.

* Strong systemic thinking and an engineering-oriented mindset.

* Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

Frontend Profile

Previous WPF experience is an advantage but not mandatory. Candidates with experience in other frontend technologies may be considered, provided they are fully open to developing desktop applications with WPF.
