E-commerce Operations Manager

Do you have a passion for E-commerce, marketing and digital, and know how to turn insights and data into results?

We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Manager with strong commercial orientation, hands-on capabilities and proven experience in managing digital activity from end to end.

What will you do?

• Manage the Shopify store, including products, catalogs, pricing, promotions and campaigns.
• Execute and optimize marketing campaigns, including media, influencers, CRM and campaigns.
• Manage and update content, banners and product pages.
• Monitor performance and analyze sales, conversion rate, average order value and additional KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales, improve customer retention and optimize website performance.
• Work with global E-commerce teams and Amazon.
• Manage activity across international markets in line with business plans.
• Track inventory, orders, deliveries and returns, and resolve operational issues.

What are we looking for?

• 3-4 years of experience in E-commerce operations and commercial activity, required.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, required.
• Strong commercial orientation and ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
• Experience with GA4, advantage.
• Experience with D2C and/or E-commerce on Amazon, significant advantage.
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Initiative, independence and the ability to get things done while working with multiple interfaces.
